It integrates well and notifies me of important data. There are a lot of features - it's easy to use, but sometimes feel I'm not leveraging it to it's fullest extent. Helps identify top priority prospects. Typically manual.

The range of features is impressive, it's been great for organizing my contacts. I like that it pulls up real-time data, the user interface is also attractive. The best part is the perfect combination of high-quality responses, and they have excellent customer service. The extensive information offered can be overwhelming at first, I'd love to get more data from our lists. Not all emails returned a profile. It allows us to design highly targeted marketing campaigns, allowing us to reach our potential customers. This feature is incredibly useful for lead generation, it saves you a lot of time finding profiles.

Datasets are really comprehensive, especially for international businesses. Onboarding was exceptional with so much help for our team. Haven't really experienced anything negative on the platform yet. However, our team hasn't explored all components yet. Better targeting for our advertising spend. More comprehensive account research and overlaying of intent data with our 1st party data.

The DemandBase team does what they preach. They listened to all of our requirements at all stages of the buying process and found a solution for everything. The onboading process is amazing, with a highly skilled and dedicated team. Data quality is great. I have yet to find something that I dislike. Figuring out which of our customer accounts are currently in-market or active in certain segments.
